Challenge
Due to the nature of the work they do and the scale of the company, Derbyshire Decorators has an important legal requirement to keep all their health and safety processes up to date. They need to have an appointed, competent health and safety leader to meet regulations and fulfil their insurance obligations, as well as to keep their Constructionline accreditation. Owner of Derbyshire Decorators, Peter Marshall, wanted to outsource the H&S systems to a professional company who would make sure that the business was always complying to the highest standards without the need to create a new position within the company, which is where we came in!

Solution
We work with Derbyshire Decorators to provide a complete health and safety management system, meaning that they don’t have to employ someone in-house.
